If you order more than one item and we're able to package them in a more cost-effective method, we'll reduce the total shipping charges and let you know that when we acknowledge your order (see following paragraph).
After check-out, you will receive an email acknowledging your order and your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total charges. After we process your order, we will send you another email. At that time, we'll let you know if some portion of the orignial charge amount is being refunded for any reason (such as an out-of-stock item or reduced shipping charges when we can combine multiple items in a single box). We'll ship your order within two business days unless circumstances such as weather cause a delay. We do not process mail orders on Saturday or Sunday. Further questions?
